Sunrise RV Park

Rules

1. No discharging of firearms in the RV PARK.

2. Fireworks can only be shot off on July 4th and in designated areas (top of hill if no wind, behind the pond bank) with manager approval, weather permitting.
3. No excess screaming or yelling, and no foul language in the park.
4. Extra vehicles that cannot park on your site must be parked in gravel area on top of hill.
5. No public intoxication within the grounds of the RV PARK.
6. Animals:
   A. No vicious breeds.
   B. 2 animals per site, example 1 dog and 1 cat, 2 dogs.
   C. The owner is responsible for picking up after their own animals – this includes your site, common areas, any area within the RV PARK
   D. When animals are outside, they must be on a leash no longer than 8 feet
   E. Do not take pets onto someone else’s lot without prior permission
   F. Loud barking dogs must be kept inside or have bark collars or other methods to control their barking
   G. Absolutely no pets in the building
7. Speed limit is 10 MPH
8. Rent is to be paid in advance. Utilities are due by the 5th of the month.
9. No swimming in the lake.
10. No appliances allowed outside RV, unless stored within a proper unit and approved by
    manager.
11. Sheds must be approved by owners of park and must be on lot occupied by tenant and on the concrete or gravel, not on grass
12. No glass containers allowed near the lake
13. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
14. No off road motorcycles or untagged vehicles allowed in the park
15. No golf carts, mopeds or any other unlicensed and uninsured recreational vehicles allowed in the park
16. No oil changing or repairs on vehicles allowed
17. All sites are to be kept clean and neat
18. Small campfires are allowed but must be in a fire ring
19. Campers are responsible for proper trash disposal at the dumpster
20. No boats allowed on the lake
21. Quiet time is 10 PM to 6 AM
22. Washing of vehicles are by permission of park owners only
23. No sub leasing allowed.
